A Bactericide additive for use in controlling mould growth in Soluble metal cutting fluids.

The use of this additive will help to give long lasting protection against bacteria growth and will help to reduce operating costs, improve worker safety.

Protection Against:

Bacteria: Alcaligenes / Enterobacter cloacae / Escherichia coli / Proteus vulgaris / Pseudomona aeruginosa / Pseudomonas fluorescens / Pseudomonas putida / Staphylococcus aureus   

Fungi: Aspergillus niger / Fusaria / Penicillium funiculosum

Yeasts: Candida albcans / Rhodutorula / Saccharomyces cerevisiae

Product Usage:

Add 200ml of Biogard Additive to every 10L of Fluid. (50:1 Ratio)
 Treatment can be repeated at 4 weekly intervals to maintain fluid quality.
Do not exceed recommended dosage. This is a formaldehyde free biocide and safe for use in Industry, Schools & Colleges etc
